Those specific terms apply to your appointment. We have not set a separate cancellation fee in these website terms.

Please contact us or use Booksy as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an appointment. Walk-ins are welcome when a chair is available, but availability is not guaranteed. A service booking is subject to confirmation by the shop.

The price and service details applicable to an appointment are confirmed during booking or with you before the service begins. If you ask to change the service, we will explain any price change before proceeding.
